Super friendly staff made it special!

Had a fun time, especially with the lazy river! Staff were super nice, and Stephanie at the front desk made my daughter’s birthday extra special with sweet treats. Just wish the Biggio’s food was better, tho, I got a burnt burger. Pool area's pretty tight when busy, too, but overall a good stay.

I appreciate the convenience of the M lounge for breakfast and snacks. The lazy river and infinity pool are nice if you catch them at the right time. It was good to have a choice for relaxing areas. I found the location helpful for exploring nearby attractions in downtown.

The check-in line was long and I noticed the air conditioning could use improvement. Also, the shower was uncomfortable since you get blasted with cold water before it warms up.

Enjoyable Stay in a Central Location

We had a lovely 3-night getaway as a couple. The views from the pool were stunning, and we appreciated its proximity to the convention center. However, food service could use improvement. we were disappointed with the taste, despite the appealing presentation. Arrive early for pool chairs!

Just a fine choice for a weekend escape in Houston with fantastic value. Loved the NASA-themed elevators. it made the stay memorable. Pro tip, check out the lazy river early to avoid crowds!
